Music, movies and books have always been the mirror of our times. They catch the tastes and ways of popular culture, capture eternal human values, struggles and triumph of our life and chronicle the current issues and future concerns of humanity. Music lifts the spirit, movies entertain and provoke and books engage and enlighten. While everyone enjoys and get elevated by good music and well-made movies, it is difficult to agree on a definitively list agreeable to all or even most of us.
